On October 4, 2010 at 9 pm, Don finally committed Grand Theft, Spaceship, and headed out of the galaxy.  We’ll miss him.

Our retired Bell Labs physicist, Don White, says writing fiction is a vastly different art form than writing patents and scientific papers. He enjoys explaining things in clear scientific terms and likes scintillating characters with a sense of humor.
